Best ramen I've tried in León, simply delicious. Vegetables and meat are fresh. Although it's a small place, it's cosy, clean and service is really good. Willing to come back!
So tasty! Is the best Japanese food I've tried in Leon. Great service. Although, they only accept cash.
Below I will give my review about my visit about my experience at the Mashita Ramen House. Mashita Ramen House, a restaurant set based on Japanese culture, is a fairly well decorated restaurant, with fairly well decorated facilities and quite comfortable. I went to the establishment on March 11 of this year 2023, I entered the establishment with my partner and together we sat at one of the tables inside, it was just the two of us. The customer service in general was good, they treated us well and were very attentive to us, the atmosphere of the restaurant in general was quiet, there was not much noise that interfered with the peace generated by eating, although a negative point that I must emphasize about the establishment, is that it does not have any type of ventilation inside, And this in the long term added to the heat that the food possesses makes the environment quite uncomfortable and suffocating. Personally regarding the food, we ordered a Ramen Tonkotsu, for my partner, a chicken Teppanyaki, for me, and some Big Gyoza, to share, what I can highlight about each dish is that as far as Tonkotsu is concerned is that it had a fairly exquisite flavor, it had a small touch of salt that made the ramen broth quite appetizing. As for the Teppanyaki I can say that personally I found it a fairly complete and tasty dish, it should be noted that its flavor was quite salty to such an extent that in the end it was quite complicated to eat because of the amount of salt it had. But if there is any dish that I could consider my favorite I would say that it was the Big Gyozas, this dish was surprising when I tried it, since each of the gyozas had a quite wonderful and succulent flavor, and together with the soy sauce made its flavor be greatly enhanced. In conclusion, what we can highlight about the restaurant is its customer service and the seasoning that the food has. I personally recommend visiting this restaurant, although taking your measurements as it is to eat at the tables near the door or directly at the tables that are outside the establishment, in addition to bringing your own water to eat without the salt of the food being a problem.
Going to give this place 5 stars as I've never had ramen before. Kind of what I was expecting, would've liked a little more spice (as I am Mexican). Another great thing about this place is there's a Korean restaurant right next door.
Excellent food quality and service. The owner gave us a recommendation he cooked for us and everything was Asian authentic and really good.
Super tasty and the best staff! So helpful with my baby nephew, taking care of him while eating
